Ethnomet is a Canadian-based digital health-as-a-service platform provider with 150 years combined experience in providing technology and health care services across global regions.
Garnette obtained her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Saskatchewan and practiced as a physiotherapist in the US and Canada. Garnette later co-founded a market research technology company and graduated from the Microsoft Women in Cloud Accelerator. She is pursuing an Executive MBA through Quantic School of Business. She currently serves as a Director of Zyus Life Sciences and was the prior President of the Entrepreneurial Foundation of Saskatchewan.
Mike brings 15 years of experience in Product Innovation having developed and managed digital products including Voice Platforms, EdTech Platforms, Meditech Platforms, Fintech Platforms and IoT. Mike has previously served as Head of MTN IS Innovation Hub and CEO of Sawtel Technologies Limited. His education includes executive education at Massachusetts Institute of Technologies, Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mike also secured post-secondary achievements such as an MBA from LAUTECH. Mike has accomplished other certifications including a Certified In the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) by ISACA, Project Management Professional (PMP) by PMI, and Product Development by BrainStation amongst others. Mike has succeeded awards such as CIO’s Award for driving innovation in MTN Nigeria, nomination for Leading African Innovator by Forbes, and numerous project delivery awards. Mike joined itracks in early 2022 and later the Ethnomet division of itracks.
Leon is the Sales Director for the past 3 years. Previously he worked with Waste Management (WM NYSE), and Market Sales Manager for Western Canada. Under Leon’s leadership Western Canada experienced tremendous success in institutional, commercial and industrial sales growth, while leading a team across each of Canada’s prairie provinces (Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba). During his tenure as Market Sales Manager, Leon was recognized as Market Sales Manager of the Year four times (2016-2019) and was awarded Circle of Excellence in 2018 for outstanding performance and contributions to the company.
Jags is an experienced Client Manager and Team Lead. Driven by her passion to serve clients, she takes pride in providing the best service & solutions possible. As a Team Lead, her goals include onboarding new clients, building strong relationships, and finding innovative ways to add value to projects.
In addition to her primary job functions, Jags has been recognized by iTracks and clients alike for her extraordinary commitment to serving clients.
Jags began her career with Tata Consultancy Services, gaining unparalleled experience in the business analysis and product definition, while also working with Fortune 500 pharmaceutical leaders like Pfizer Johnson & Johnson, Eli Lilly and more.
When she isn't busy managing clients and team at itracks, you can find her practicing yoga and exploring new places.
Troy O’Connor received a an Associates Degree in Interactive Media from Colaiste Dhulaigh College in Ireland. tive Media. He then pursued a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Wolverhampton in Interactive Media Design. Troy relocated to Saskatchewan, Canada in 2014 where he worked in various roles at itracks and later the Ethnomet division.
Jing obtained her Master of Science degree in University of Saskatchewan, joined itracks and later Ethnomet for more than 12 years, as a senior developer who also gained the Product Manager certificate, she majorly responsible for managing the product design, development, and integration.
Sean joined itracks and later Ethnomet in 2012 and has accumulated over 15 years of architecture research and development experience throughout his career. As Senior Software Architect, Sean is responsible for the oversight of all product architecture to ensure scalability and performance that align with product vision and roadmaps. Sean received his diploma in Computer Systems Technology from the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology.
Loay joined itracks 2020 and later Ethnomet, where he has made great us of his ability to learn and adapt to new environments and technologies in a short period of time. He Has 14 years of experience software development throughout many companies cross the globe in addition to 7 years of experience in mobile apps development where he developed, led and contributed in many projects during his career. Loay got his first diploma in computer engineering in 2007 in university of Damascus.
Ahmed received a Software Systems Engineering degree from the University of Regina and a machine learning certificate from Coursera. At the Qatar Computer Research Institute, he progress from a Web application developer to a data analyst and then a software engineer. He joined itracks and later the Ethnomet division in 2020.
After graduating from the University of Saskatchewan with a B.A. in Anthropology, Candace joined itracks in 2003. In 2012 she took a leadership role managing the Software as a Service Team at itracks and later Ethnomet. Candace manages the software technical support team and works to drive innovation in onboarding our customers.
